It’s ambitious, challenging and a little bit crazy.
In October, a group of friends - Mands' Mob and Helen's Hope - will embark on a life changing bike ride from Adelaide to Melbourne.
John Hatzis, Georgie Herbert, Clint Stanaway, Phil Lawford, Murray Hamblin, James and George Wright, Mike Singline and Rob Andrews will begin a 1,000 km trek… raising money and awareness for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
It’s a cause so close to our hearts – and one were determined to fight.
Because this year in Australia alone… 1500 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer – and horribly, 1 woman will lose her fight every 10 hours.
In the same year that we lost the beautiful Mandy Herbert and Helen Hatzis to this insidious disease – this ride is OUR silver lining.
But crucially, this ride is YOUR silver lining too.
In October, we’re riding for your daughter, your sister, your wife, your mother. It’s that important.
Join us, by riding all or even part of the journey... we'll be fundraising along the way, with unmissable nights planned in Victor Harbor, Penola, Hamilton, Sorrento and of course back in Melbourne on our last day!
