This year, we’re walking the length of New Zealand to play some gigs, meet amazing people, and raise vitally needed funds for Osteoporosis Research at Monash University. It’s a cause that’s close to our hearts, as Michelle was diagnosed with Osteoporosis at 24 – a life-changing diagnosis that you can read about here.
Bone health is a growing issue: by 2022, it’s estimated there will be 6.2 million Australians over the age of 50 with osteoporosis or osteopenia. That is a 31% increase from 2012. This is a growing crisis, and you can help us tackle this issue by clicking the donate button on the right of this page.
As for us, we’re walking 3000kms across New Zealand's 'Te Araroa' trail, performing 20 concerts along the way. We’re donating 20% of our merch sales to OP research and raising awareness about this very preventable disease. So join us by sharing this page or making a donation. 100% of every dollar raised will go to life-impacting research, so join us today.
