I have always been inspired by people who work with children and especially children with autism. It takes a mountain of love, care and patience to guide and educate these children. The Autism Association of WA has been doing amazing work through the Early Intervention Program by providing experienced specialist and best practice therapy programs founded on a wide body of evidence-based research on Autism. It is through programs like these that result in more than 90% of participating children transition to full-time mainstream schools.
This September, I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Autism Association of WA. I am asking for a minimum of $12 of your help ( $2 for every 1,000 meters) in reaching my pledged fund raising goal of $2,500. All funds raised will be channelled to the Early Intervention Program for the purchase of new equipment in aiding the learning and development of children in this program.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and please spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family! Be sure to tune in for photos post climb!
Note: Did you know that every donation of $2 or more is tax deductible? Everydayhero will email you a receipt for you to submit to the tax office with your tax return.
