10 Years ago when we were turning 30, we decided to buy a greyhound to celebrate. The greyhound ran a few times, but after an emotional phone conversation with the dog we decided it was better suited to the wide open fields beyond the track.
A few years ago we decided to tackle the Gibb River challenge and raised funds for a much worthier cause (Royal Flying Doctor Service).
We now find ourselves on the doorstep of 40, and have again decided to put our efforts into a physical challenge that can have benefits beyond a more defined shape to our thighs. In the footsteps of Kochie, Joe Hockey, Kevin Rudd, Kurt Fearnley and of course, Laura Dundovic, we are tackling the Kokoda Trail.
We've created this page because of a beautiful girl by the name of Tahlia, who is bravely taking on the challenges that comes with Tuberous Sclerosis.
We're inspired by the work of Tuberous Sclerosis Australia and wanted to support them by raising money. Please help us help them by giving whatever you can using the 'Give Now' button. The more people that know about Tuberous Sclerosis Australia Incorporated, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
