OUR COMMUNITIES NEED YOUR HELP!
Bus Queensland's ongoing support of ‘Talk Like a Pirate Day’ assists families who have children with cancer.
Funds raised for the Childhood Cancer Support Service are used to reduce the impact that childhood cancer has on families by providing specialised accommodation and family support programs.
Bus Queensland bus drivers, staff and management from our Ipswich, Park Ridge, Toowoomba and Laidley depots will be dressing up and talking like pirates to help raise money and awareness for the Childhood Cancer Support Service.
All participating buses will have collection tins to enable passengers to make a contribution to the cause. Our drivers will be dressing up on Friday, 18 September and Saturday, 19 September 2015.
Bring the family to the TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY at Brisbane Maritime Museum on Saturday, 19th September for some fun between 10am and 2pm.
Bus Queensland appreciate any donations made to help this worthy cause.
