My Story

For 6 years, I was on a self-destructive cycle of abusing alcohol & party drugs.
Yes, I built a successful career in the nightlife industry and have been fortunate enough to travel the world doing what I love, but the harsh reality is, the demons I battled in the process almost outweighed the wonderful times I had. I am lucky to be alive!

The party lifestyle is brutal, and it will slowly but surely eat you alive, mentally and physically, if you let it..

Over the last few years, I have been spending a lot of time spreading love and positivity to everyone, but I had been neglecting my own self care, and I decided that I desperately needed to make a change. Sometimes you don’t realise you’re actually drowning when you’re trying to be everyone else’s anchor.

In a time of such chaos and pandemonium, I believe the world desperately needs leaders and I am making a change not only for myself, but for a very important cause.

Too many men are dying at the hands of suicide, feeling like they don’t have a voice, suffering in silence, and believe they have no one to turn to.

As a result, I’ve decided to embark on an incredibly challenging, but achievable personal goal. I’m looking to reach ONE YEAR SOBER (possibly longer), whilst raising funds for the charity, Mindfull Aus. I’m a big fan of the work Mindfull Aus does, it was founded on the premise of taking a youthful, relatable and enthusiastic approach to talking about our thoughts, feelings and emotions to create a healthier, happier and fulfilling life.

At the time of launching this campaign, I will be 64 days SOBER, but I have a long journey ahead of me.

Right now, I am in the best headspace I’ve been in for as long as I can remember, but I know a lot of my friends, colleagues, peers and fans are not. I want to set an example and show people that it isn’t weak to speak up and it’s OK to ask for help. If I can do it, you can too!

To overcome these demons and make sure I keep on track, I will be training & boxing at TEAM ELLIS GYM. Martial arts has been a passion of mine since I was a young boy, and I truly believe it will keep me motivated, dedicated and disciplined throughout my journey.

While I look to continue my work in the nightlife industry with a fresh mindset & perspective, I’ll also be following one of my deepest passions and studying life coaching at THE COACHING INSTITUTE, so I can help, inspire, and empower as many people as I possibly can.

I acknowledge and fully admit that over the years I have made many mistakes, and have without a doubt, hurt people in the process. If my ego and actions got the better of me and have affected you, I would like to say that I am truly sorry.

If I have made a positive impact on your life in any way, shape or form, I am truly grateful to have done so and I will continue to try my absolute best to keep lifting you higher.
I want to be a better son, a better brother, a better friend, and a better man.

If you support this cause, not only will you be saving the lives of many men, but you’ll also be saving mine. I’m ready for a new chapter in my life, and I want you to be there right beside me.

Together, we can make a difference.

All donations are greatly appreciated.
